These terms govern your use of smoke.games and the SMOKE waitlist. SMOKE is operated by Rip Build, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation (“SMOKE”, “we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist you accept these terms.
What the waitlist is
The waitlist reserves your place in line for access to SMOKE when it opens. It is not a purchase, a subscription, an account, or a guarantee of access. We may change the size or order of waves, the timing of launch, or the features SMOKE offers, and we may decide not to launch at all.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and joining from a place where SMOKE is lawful. You must use a phone number you personally control. Joining on behalf of someone else, or with a number that is not yours, is not permitted.
Your place and your referral link
Each verified phone number gets one place in the waitlist. Positions are assigned in the order entries are recorded on our server.
You are issued a referral link. A referral counts when someone opens your link and completes phone verification for the first time. Referring yourself, using numbers you do not control, or using automated means to generate signups does not count and may cost you your place.
We may correct, withhold or remove positions and referral counts that result from error, duplication or abuse.
Rewards and promotions
Any reward, benefit or promotion described on this site is an offer of intent, not a contractual entitlement, and may change or be withdrawn before launch. Promotional benefits are subject to age, location, identity verification, approved jurisdictions, promotional terms, and product availability. Where a promotion has its own terms, those terms govern it.
Text messages
Joining the waitlist means you agree to receive SMS from us about SMOKE. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload this site, evade its abuse protections, or sign up by automated means. We may remove entries and restrict access where we reasonably believe this has happened.
Availability
The site is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SMOKE is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist, including any loss of a place in line or of referral credit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your participation
You may leave the waitlist at any time by asking us to delete your entry — see the Privacy Policy. We may remove an entry that breaches these terms.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Where the law of your home country or state gives you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing here limits those rights.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
